Rates are per room, per night and include:
- private parking in a public lot nearby
- water and electricity consumptions
- sheets and towels
- shower gel, hand soap, hairdyer
- strongbox
- independent air conditioning
- self-service italian breakfast without time limits
- access to the private equipped garden
- initial and final cleaning
- mid-stay cleaning and extra bed linen and towels (only for stays of 8 or more nights)
- private motorcycle parking
- luggage storage, shower and changing room on the departure day
Rates do not include:
- extra sheets and towels for stays shorter than 8 nights
- daily tyding up and cleaning
Your room will be your home during your stay. We will not interfere with your holiday, so you will be in charge of tyding up your room and wash your breakfast dishes.
You will be able to organise your holiday at YOUR pace, whether you like to wake up early, stay in bed until noon or party out until late. Time will be in YOUR hands, to feel at home, away from home.
During weekends the minimum stay is 3 nights.
During the central weeks of August, minimum stay is up to the property, according to availabilities.
Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
If you need to check-in later than 8 p.m., please inform us upon reservation.
On you departure day, you can take advantage of a free luggage storage and outdoor shower.
Please tell us your ETA at least 1 day before your arrival.
